Janaki Arun is a principal associate at the firm.  

Janaki handles matters covering all aspects of trade mark law, with a focus on litigation and enforcement, domain name disputes, oppositions and cancellation proceedings. She appears regularly for the firm’s clients before the Delhi High Court. She has also represented clients before Trade Marks Registries across the country.  

Janaki co-chairs the firm’s training and publications committee.

Prior to joining the firm, Janaki worked as a senior associate at a boutique IP firm in New Delhi.
