Atul’s practice focuses on trade mark prosecution matters, such as responding to office actions, assisting at hearings and advising on brand protection strategies, as well as contested proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry such as oppositions and cancellations. He is also involved in enforcement actions, including preparing cease-and-desist notices, company name rectification actions before the Registrar of Companies, and offering pre-litigation advisory support. He holds a keen interest in media and entertainment laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Atul worked as an Associate at boutique IP firms in Delhi and Gurugram.
