Ayush is a senior associate at the firm and focuses on contested proceedings before courts, the Registry and tribunals that adjudicate domain name disputes.   

Ayush works closely with the firm’s partners on various matters involving client’s rights in marks and has also gained experience in settlement of contested matters.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ayush worked as a litigation associate with a boutique IP law firm based in New Delhi.
