Ayushman Singh is an Associate at the firm.
He assists with trademark prosecution and opposition matters, including advising on, and drafting responses to, office actions issued in relation to both national applications and international registrations designating India. He is also involved in providing detailed opinions in prosecution and opposition matters and pre-litigation enforcement support, such as preparing cease and desist notices and replies to opposite parties.
Prior to joining the firm, Ayushman worked as an associate at a boutique IP firm in Delhi.
