Mohika Srivastava is an Associate at the firm.

Mohika has been associated with the firm since her law school days where she spent significant time as an intern under the Trademarks and Copyright team.

She is actively engaged in all facets of the firm’s prosecution and opposition practice. She assists with responding to objections raised by the Trade Marks Registry, preparing for hearings, drafting pleadings in opposition and cancellation proceedings, and providing pre-litigation advisory support. She also assists with enforcement actions, including preparing cease-and-desist notices, replies to letters, and negotiating settlements, as well as prosecution of copyright applications.
