Ritesh Kumar is a senior associate at the firm.

Ritesh works on matters which cover overall spectrum of trade mark law, including, prosecution, opposition, cancellation, enforcement and litigation, including drafting plaints and ancillary motions to be filed before various courts in India.  He has appeared before the Delhi High Court and District Courts in Delhi. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ritesh worked as an associate at another boutique IP firm in Delhi NCR.
