Shri Harsh is an Associate at the firm.
He assists with trademark prosecution and opposition matters, including drafting responses to examination reports, pleadings in opposition and rectification proceedings, and attending hearings before the Trade Marks Registry. He is also involved in providing detailed opinions in opposition matters, preparing cease and desist notices, advising on brand protection strategies, and offering pre-litigation support.
Prior to joining the firm, Shri Harsh worked with a boutique IP law firm based in Noida
