We are looking for a Senior Associate (Trademarks & Copyright) with 4–5 years of PQE in trademark opposition, prosecution, and enforcement to join our established Trademarks & Copyright practice. ​ The role involves working on oppositions, cancellations, settlement negotiations and agreements, responses to office actions, hearings, strategizing and advising on appropriate enforcement actions, etc. The ideal candidate should have good advisory skills, excellent drafting and analytical skills, strong legal knowledge, and proven ability to supervise a team of associates. The person should have the flair to work and prosper in a fast-paced work environment with an eye to detail.

Candidates having experience with review of documents and opinions and are confident in handling day-to-day client deliverables fairly independently will be given preference.
